On September 22, VPQ Advogados, the exclusive member of the international network Morais Leitão Legal Circle in Cape Verde, promotes the conference "Labour law issues in Cape Verde: current and future challenges".
The event will address the most pressing issues of labour law in Cape Verde, such as employment contracts (fixed-term and temporary) or the obligations of the employer and the employee, as well as analyse the labour perspective under the General Regime of Data Protection and the role of the General Direction of Labour.
The conference will feature Helena Tapp Barroso and Daniela Sousa Marques, lawyers from Morais Leitão, Águeda Martins de Burgo and Clementina Horta do Rosário, Labour General Director.
