In this area, we highlight the advice provided on the legal regimes applicable to the exercise of the various economic activities, namely those contained in the various types of territorial management instruments, accompanying investment projects (real estate, tourism, industrial, commercial and agricultural, among others).
On the other hand, we support the preparation of proposals for detailed plans and allotment projects of private initiative, providing all the legal support for the preparation or amendment of territorial management instruments of public initiative.
We also provide legal support in administrative procedures for the approval of urban planning operations, developments and activities, as well as in the preparation and approval of the respective studies. Whenever needed, we also provide advice in negotiations with local councils on collaboration protocols for the implementation of investment projects.
