Bruno Xavier de Pina has been working with VPQ Advogados, exclusive member for Cape Verde of the network Morais Leitão Legal Circle, as an international consultant since 2021.
He is a profound expert of the Lusophone world, in particular the Cape Verdean and Angolan markets, with very relevant experience in cross-border matters. Bruno dedicates particular attention to the telecommunications, electronics, aviation, oil and gas, manufacturing and tourism sectors, exclusively advising international companies on their local investments.
Bruno Xavier de Pina was a partner and coordinator of the International Angola Group (which included the Angola Desk, in Portugal, and coordination of BCSA, the Angolan law firm) at PLMJ, where he was responsible for its strategy for Portuguese-speaking African countries. Previously, he worked at Deloitte as tax consultant, Miranda & Associados and at Raposo Bernardo & Associados.
A lawyer since 2004, he specialises in advising on foreign investment operations and projects and the reorganisation of investment projects including foreign exchange, contracts, and associated tax matters.
In 2017 Bruno Xavier de Pina was recognized with the Iberian Lawyer's "Forty under 40" award, having also received, on that occasion, the Outstanding Achievement award.
